Hope you are doing well. Sorry to inform you that you cannot get a seat in Dayanand Sagar College Of Engineering for ECE branch with this rank. But you can expect a ECE seat in Dayanand Sagar Academy Of Technology and Management, and also in Dayanand Sagar University. Last year, the cutoff rank for ECE in DSATM was 42933 and in DSU it was 46342 after second round of seat allotment. Whereas in DSCE it was 8460. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.
