Based upon your score in NEET 2018, and the previous year cutoff, chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota and state quota. You may have chances in Deemed Universities.
Chances may get better if you belong to the reserved categories because reserved categories have better chances than general category.

Hello, I am sorry but this is a low score for getting admission in any medical College, it's tough to get admission in private college also. MBBS require atleast 450+ , around this score you could expect private colleges. Though you may get BHMS or BAMS.

Under OBC category you may have chance to get admission in BAMS or BHMS college ,under state quota therefore the cut may also vary according to the state college you apply for.
