With this score it's difficult to get good government college. Since you are from Karnataka you can try for state quota to get college.
Or you can go for Deemed colleges like
Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences, Karad- BDS
ACS Medical College and Hospital, Chennai- MBBS
Bhaarath Medical College and Hospital, Chennai- MBBS
KLE VK Institute of Dental Sciences and Hospital, Belgaum- BDS
