Hope you are doing good.  First of all congratulations, you have done really good in the exam. You wil most probably get seat in any top colleges but it depends on the cutoff of that particular college.

Yes, at this score, getting a seat in a private medical college is absolutely possible. Or for that matter, getting a seat in deemed college is also possible. But the fees would be high enough and it may be high or very high depending upon the college.
