I get 310 marks in neet and I am in sc cast can I get admission in mbbs in other state colleges government or private

According to your marks in NEET that is 310 is quite good. you can definitely qualify any government very easily in MBBS based on your caste. According to last year's scores :-
GEN :- 691-119
OBC :- 118-96
SC :- 118-96
ST :- 118-96
So, you have a good score and because of that you should definitely try Government Colleges.
