With this rank, you won't get any IIT. However, you can apply for MTech in Biotech at NIT Rourkela and IIEST Shibpur. These two colleges provide various specializations in Biotechnology whose cut offs lie in the rank you mentioned. However, since you didn't mention your reservation category, I am assuming you are general category. You can also check the below mentioned link for cut offs:
