Hi
It's quite difficult to make prediction as cut off marks/rank for medical colleges changes every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 351 marks you have very low chance for government medical college and also low chance for for govt quota seats in private medical college as cut off marks for the same was 506 marks in neet 2019 and it was for the SHRI RAMKRISHNA INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES AND SANAKA HOSPITALS under west Bengal state quota
With your marks you may get a management quota seat in private medical college for which you can check your chances at

Dear aspirant At first lots of congratulations for your result and wishes for your future life. I am afraid to inform you that with your score your chances in All India counselling are almost negative for the 15% seats as well as for the government colleges in state counselling for 85% seats due to general category. However you can get good private colleges in West Bengal. They are SHRI RAMKRISHNA INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES AND SANAKA HOSPITALSICARE INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCE AND RESEARCH AND DR BC ROY HOSPITAL HALDIAI Q CITY MEDICAL COLLEGE, Durgapur KPC MEDICAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL, JADAVPUR ESIC Medical College, Joka, Kolkata
