i get 37315 rank in comedk can i got good college in CS,IS branch

According to the rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get top colleges as per previous year's cut-offs with General category but ye if you belongs to the reserve category then you can try for it. As you have asked for CSE or IT branch so I am enlisting down some good colleges which you can get with CSE or IT branch :-
