Hey dear, cutoff changes every year, if you see the last year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 marks were unable to get good govt. Mbbs college. So, with 400 marks ypu have some chances under state quota counselling, otherwise belonging to sc category you will have good chances for govt. Bams and bhms.
