Dear you got 419 marks in NEET this year and you belongs to the OBC category and you want to get admission in in the veterinary /dental govt. Colleges in India. You have to make of list of your colleges whatever you want to get admission. Then go for the counselling.

Yes you can get both veterinary and dental govt. colleges. If you want dental govt. college then you can go for the counselling rounds by state counselling committee. In veterinary course there is no such cutoff like the dental and medical college. Yousimply have to go for the counselling rounds and then you will get the admission in veterinary college based on your marks.
