Your score is good in sc category but the cutoff has increased this year so getting a government medical College is tough for you in sc category as in AIQ cutoffs are higher. But in state quota in Delhi you have chances of getting colleges like

Dr Ambedkar medical College. Previous year cutoff was 417 in sc category.
