Hello
You have not mentioned the category you belong to. However, the possibility are 50/50. Depending on your category and state of residence, you may or may not acquire a seat for the MBBS programme with 470 NEET exam points.
However, If you fall into the general category, you might not be able to enrol in a Government medical institution with 470 marks; In this case, you should aim for at least 550 marks.

Hello Aspirant,
Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as General. If wrong then kindly correct me in the comment section below.
See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the cut-offs keep on changing every year but yes we can provide you the list of colleges that you can get based on previous years cut-off data.
So according to the data, on such marks and category you have almost no chances for any of the government medical colleges because in 2020 the closing cut-offs were around 530+ marks but you have some chances of getting private quota seat in some medical colleges in Karnataka under state quota according to previous year's cut-off.
As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that you have chances in following colleges :-
Adichunchanagiri Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre, Bangalore
Akash Institute of Medical Science and Research Centre, Devanahalli
Al-Ameen Medical College, Bijapur
And some more......
You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-
