Dear aspirant,
As you mentioned you have got 48 percentile in jee mains February session , I would like to recommend you to do good amount of hard work for your next sessions as this percentile won't secure you any college. You need to work on your concepts. The general EWS percentile should atleast 96 to get any decent nit.

Hello Aspirant,
According to the mentioned percentile and category your rank is expected to be in the range of 531960 - 598000, you can check out marks Vs ranks Vs Percentile from the link given below :-
https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-marks-vs-percentile
Or
You can also use JEE-Main Rank Predictor to predict your rank :-
So on such rank and category you have no chance to get any of the NITs/IIITs/CFTIs, so I would recommend you to either go for state counselling for state GFTIs or for private colleges or you can prepare for further attempts of JEE-Main and to help you in your preparation we have some resources which you can access from the link given below :-
https://learn.careers360.com/jee-main-coaching/?utm_source=%20QnA
See there is no any minimum percentile required to be eligible for admission in NITs for any category because the seat allotment process is based on the rank of candidate but if you are EWS candidate and wants to get into any NIT then you should at least try for 97+ percentile in JEE-Main 2021 for top NITs and for average NITs 95+ percentile will also be the decent score
You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the official website of JOSAA as given below :-
https://josaa.nic.in/Result/Result/currentorcr.aspx
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of latest cut-offs available on official website of JOSAA or CSAB and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use JEE-Main College Predictor:-

You can also check out the JEE-Main 2021 qualifying cut-off (expected) for JEE-Advance 2021 from the link given below :-

I hope this information helps you.
