I get 4879 category rank in jee mains could I get seat in CSE or ECE branch of any NIT

Since you have not mentioned your category so it would be very difficult for us to guide you properly because only if it is either OBC or EWS rank then only you can think of CSE or ECE in some NITs otherwise with ST or SC rank there is almost no possibility for CSE or ECE in any of the NITs.
