As per previous year closing marks, you can get the following Medical Colleges in Rajasthan under All India Quota with a marks of 448 -

Government Medical College,Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu.

With these marks, you have very low chances to get seat in MBBS through All India Quota anywhere in India. Even the last closing marks are 510+.
