I get 49 marks in pet can i get govt. Collage in bilaspur or durg in sc cast

You haven't mentioned that what course you are willing to chose. But according to PET examination, it is Preliminary English Test. Yes, you can try in Government college in Bilaspur and DURG. Based o your caste that is SC, you can easily get an admission in Governmet College.
