Obviously you are eligible for NEET exam..since you belong to SC category ,the general criteria is to get 40% in 12th standard asper NEET rules & regulations.But you had already secured 50% so there is no hesitation from appearing in the exam.

As per the eligibility criteria of NEET, the qualifying marks for students belonging to different categories are as follows:- UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45% (minimum aggregate marks only for PCB subjects)
As your PCB marks are 113 they are below the minimum required so you are no eligible for NEET.

You can try for the improvement exam and improve results there and you can even give exams next year and can increase the marks.
