Dear aspirant, as per previous year cut off score of 513 secured seat in Mysore Medical College under STATE QUOTA for OBC CATEGORY.
Last year the cut off for Mysore Medical College was 378 for OBC. So, you will easily get seat in Mysore Medical College.
Also, the exam was bit easy this year as compared to the previous one. So, the cut offs are expected to increase. But still you have a fair chance of getting seat in this college.

In 2018, under State Quota, 378 marks secured a seat in Mysore Medical College under OBC Category. Wih 513 marks you stand a pretty good chance. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
