I get 514 Marks in Neet 2020 and i am from Madhya Pradesh and from General Categery Is there any chance for me to getting Government MBBS seat in Madhya Pradesh.

As per previous year data under state quota 530 marks secured a seat in GMC Shivpuri belonging to General Category, so it's but tough with your given marks, you hold chances in private colleges like Amaltas Institute of Medical Sciences, Index Medical College, LN Medical College to name a few, This is entirely based on previous year data, cut-offs vary every year based on multiple factors like seat matrix, marks obtained in exam, toughness level of paper, total number of candidates participating in the exam etc.

You have not mentioned the category you belong to, so I am assuming you from general category
It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 514 marks you hold a little low chance to get a seat in a Government Medical College
For example,
In Neet 2019, the lowest marks that got a seat in Government Medical College for general category under MP state quota was 530 marks and it was for Government Medical College, Shivpuri
With your marks you have chances for Government quota seats in private medical college and deemed universities
