As per your question, according to your rank you may get some good colleges as per your rank in TSICET as 5271.But honestly as per your rank and as per last year cutoff you may not get NIZAM college but don't worry you may get good colleges for MCA like:-

1) A.V. College of Arts, Science and Commerce

2) TU - Telangana University

3) Loyola Academy Degree and PG College

4) Raja Bahadur Venkata Rama Reddy Womens College

5) Mahatma Gandhi University College of Engineering and Technology

These are some of the good colleges which you may get as per your rank in TSICET.
