Since you have more than 50 % marks so you are eligible for NEET.
But for AIIMS 60 % marks are minimum criteria for general category and for SC / ST / OBC it's 50 % so if you are from SC / ST / OBC categories then you are eligible for AIIMS too.

Your are absolutely eligible for neet. For a person in general category it requires 50% ABV in board exams . And since you scored 52% your eligible for neet.

As per NEET guidelines, a candidate is eligible provided he or she scores _ in HSC examination conducted by any board. It is as follows-
50%- general category
40%-all other categories
There is lower percentage required for those with disabilities.
45%-general category
40%-reserved categories

You are definitely eligible for NEET as per your marks and if you are in open category you are also eligible for AIIMS..
If you belong to open category and want to gives then you have to give Improvement exam to increase your percentage above 60%....
The eligiblity for AIIMS is candidates belonging to General and OBC categories should have secured a minimum of 60% marks in the aggregate of aforesaid subjects and those belonging to SC, ST and OPH categories should have obtained at least 50%.

AIIMS MBBS Eligibility Criteria 2018 Qualifying Marks
To fulfill the AIIMS MBBS 2018 eligibility criteria, the candidate must have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English. The minimum aggregate of the marks General and OBC candidates need to have scored in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English in their Class 12 or HSC examination must be 60%.

Candidates with CGPA grades only will have to apply the conversion factor in the AIIMS MBBS 2018 application form. The Conversion Factor should be as approved by their respective Examination Boards.

50% aggregate FOR GENERAL CATEGORY in PCB and English in class 12 boards. For OBC/SC/ST CATEGORY it is 40% and for PWD CATEGORY it is 45%.
For AIIMS-UG entrance examination, it is
60% AGGREGATE for GENERAL/OBC CATEGORY in PCB and English in class 12 boards. For SC/ST CATEGORY it is 50%.
