Hello there,
With 550 marks, your All India Rank will be around 24000 to 28000 approximately. Since you are from the OBC category, you have fair chances of getting a seat in government medical college with this rank. You should apply for state counseling. Also note that the cut-off rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper, and the number of candidates appearing for it. You can get good private medical colleges with this rank.
