see at this score you have less chances for government colleges let along cse stream, also you can not get tier 1 private colleges at this score. I suggest you to again prepare for jee main April session or other state engineering entrance test.

Your percentile scores are too low. And since cse is the top branch at any government college nowadays and most of the aspirants want Cse, so you can not get Cse at any government college, which is affiliai by the govt.
Although you can get cse in the local private colleges. But unfortunately not in government college
