Generally cutoffs changes from Year to year. Being a volatile figure, it depends upon various factors like difficulty level of the paper, number of students appearing in the exam, etc.
But in general if you consider the rank formula then your rank will be around 2.5Lakhs. So, considering previous year cutoffs it is next to impossible to get any good colleges. You will have to apply for any local colleges within your area.
