Dear aspirant,

As you mentioned that you have got 65 percentile in jee mains and considering the fact that you are from obc-ncl rank 136131, still I don't think there would any government college atleast through josaa that would fetch you a seat. So ,I would suggest you if you want to get a good government college, buckle up and score a high percentile so that you can get a good college.
