It will depend upon the cut off for this year. But you can predict from previous year cut off.

CLAT is a National level entrance test examination for all NLUs across India.
With your above mentioned marks, your common rank (CRL) will be in between 12000-13000.
Last year, Cutoff for BA LLB in NLU Jabalpur for OBC was around 84 marks, so it's quite tough for you to get admission there with these marks.
