For OUAT your percentage is low. According to last year cut off, you cannot apply for B.Sc Agriculture  but there are a few courses which have cutoff till 67% so you can apply for them. Few of them are

B.Sc Forestry

Bachelor of Forensic science

B.Ss Home science

You can apply in these. Maybe you will get of them.  Hope for the best
