According to the percentile you have mentioned in the question your approximate rank would be near about 2.6 Lakhs and on the basis of this rank it is not possible to get any of the top 10 NITs even if you belongs to reservation category ST, for top 10 NITs you should secure your rank under 10,000-15,000 however it differs for various branches according to their demand but you are too far from it and note that the above prediction is based on previous years cut-off trends because cut-off for this year has not released yet and cut-offs are bou d to change every year depending upon various factors.
However I would recommend you to appear in second attempt of JEE-Main which is scheduled from September 1st-6th and try to hit the target of at least 96-98 percentile.
