Delhi University is a reputed Government College releases its cutoffs according to the courses and the College ranking.

As far as 73% is concernedit is quite difficult to get admission in Delhi University specially if you belong to general category. In case you belong to reserved categories for qualify for any of the reservation you mayget admission in Delhi University according to the cutoff of to the reserved categories.

If you have any e other required qualification like for sports or ECA , you still can't get into New Delhi University .

Else it depends on the course you want to pursue.like for language courses and some other courses like psychology the cutoff is quite low so probably you will get admission

With 73.8 percentage in class 12th boards examinations you are very much an average student and this much percentage is not enough to get a college in the Delhi university of you belong to the unreserved or the general category. It might be possible for you to get a college of the Delhi university if you belong to obc/SC/st category.
