You have not mentioned the category you belong to dear , cut off varies with the category.


If you belong to ,

• General category then with 79.5 percentile you may not qualify the cut off percentile to be eligible for jee advance with 79.5 percentile .

For example, last year cut off percentile to be eligible for jee advance was 89.75 for general category

If you belong to obc, sc or st category then you have fair chance to get clear the cut off with 79.5 percentile , for example last year, cut off percentile of jee mains 2019 for different category is listed below :-

• GEN-EWS :- 78.2174869
• Other Backward Classes (OBC-NCL) :-74.3166557
• Scheduled Caste (SC) :- 54.0128155
• Scheduled Tribe (ST):- 44.3345172
• PwD:- 0.11371730

So if you belong any of these category then you may clear the cut off with 79.5 percentile to be eligible for jee advance
