Congratulation! Your rank in OBC-NCL is quite well.
Considering the last year's cut off if you have Home State (HS) quota you could easily get Computer Science and Engineering (cse) in IIIT, Shivpur as the closing rank is nearly 11k
But if you are of any other state it would be difficult to get admission in cse branch.
