Your percentile should be around 90 to fetch seats of NIT with help of state quota for OBC candidate.
For general candidate percentile be above 95.
As per our expert 85 percentile score required by candidate to clear Jee for general candidate.

Candidate show patience till rank provide by NTA.
For IIITs percentile should be more.
Branch other than CS,IT more chance
Branch CS,IT --- less chance
Candidate but show patience till NTA will announce rank .
NTA will announce rank after April Jee.
If you are prepare to increase percentile in April Jee than you should put little more effort to secure good government seat.

Approximate 350 seats are in B.TECH chances seem less with this percentile.

You have to wait for the jEE result which will be released on the month of April by national testing agency NTA officially.The cut-off will be announced in April for jee advance, so you have to wait till april to know the cutoff for JEE Advance because it will depend upon the number of students appearing in April too.
