Hey Ritesh,
You Need To confirm Which Course you want to go with. Every course has different criteria. And in DU your Top 4 subjects are calculated in which English is the compulsory and other 3 depend on course like for economics maths is compulsory from this year. If Your top 4 is more than 95 then are good chances you will get some Top colleges in DU either still 80-85 can be considered safe you yes you have good chances to get into DU.

Yes, you can get admission in University of Delhi but you won't able to make it to good colleges or say north campus. Even you won't get good courses with 85%.
Your admission totally depends on which course you take and the cut offs for this year. Generally the cut offs lie between 90-95% for B.Sc courses. And if you wish to take BA or B.Com courses then some amount of your percentage will be deducted.
