According to the percentile you have mentioned in the question your approximate rank would be near about 1.36 Lakhs and on the basis of this rank you cannot get any of the NITs or IIITs even if you belongs to OBC reservation category.
If we talk about JEE-Advance so yes you have fair chances that you will qualify for JEE-Advance because last year qualifying cut-off for JEE-Advance was 74.36 percentile for OBC category and this year it might have slight variations depending upon various factors so you have very decent chances to qualify for JEE-Advance.
