It is depend upon your category. If you belongs to sc st then chances are there to take admission in government college, and if you belongs to obc or general category then it is difficult to get government college because cutoff is always high for obc and general

100 - (your total percentile) 869010 /100
In your case your rank must be around - 121,661
With this rank its difficult to get admission in government college as we all know that seats are very limited and admission is directly based on merit rank.
