I get 87.3% in mains. How much scholarship provide me in niit?

First of all your score is 87.3 percentile and not the percentage.
With 87.3 percentile your rank is around 1,20,000 in Open category.
hence you won't get any seat in NITs.
Second NITs only provide scholarship to SC/ ST students who are not capable of the financial burden.
