I get 89%in 10 the and 76%in 12 and now in b.tech 1st year if clear CAT but not GD and PI then what is option for me after that

You have a very good academic record. You are currently in 1st year and you have plenty of time to prepare. All you need to have is confidence. When you are confident enough to clear CAT written test, why not in GD and PI?
GD and PI are key rounds and play an important role not just in CAT but also in job placements. You can easily clear if you start preparing from now onwards.
In order to improve your communication skills and confidence, participate in seminars, debates in your college and in other colleges as well. Try to become a volunteer in your college functions which helps you in building confidence and overcome fear.
Attend all the trainings conducted by your college placement cell. Prepare with your friends by conducting mocks.
