Its difficult to get a seat in computer science engineering in any either government college , NIT , GFTI or any IIIT or IIT....as your rank is to low. ..

Congratulations for your JEE Mains.
At this rank it is very difficult to get seat in NIT, IIIT or GFTI. . According to the last some years cut offs for NITs, IIITs and GFITs sorry to say but your chances in some good institutions with CSE branch are very very low because as these are the most recommended institutions so that the cut offs for these are generally very high. The chances may create in some lower institutions which are in North East region so if you are comfortable with that then you should go for that.
