Hi Raghavendra,
Based on your percentile you may get a rank between 28k to 33k. Now with this rank you may get some good NITs with Non CS or IT branches. Beside NITs you may apply to some good state government colleges like ICT Mumbai, COEP Pune etc. they are at par or better than some NITs.
Getting a college also depends on your category in case you belong from Gen-Ews/OBC NCL/SC/ST/PwD then you'll have better chances of getting CS IT branches in some good NITs/IIIT.
In case you're a general candidate you'll not have any chance at top 3-4 NITs/IIITs if not having state quota.

Hi, Raghavendra
You have very good scores in both JEE Main and 12th. However, it depends on what the other applicants have scored. Based on their scores a rank list will be created and that rank list will determine your college. Also, if you manage to qualify JEE Advanced, that will again change the entire algorithm.
But if you ask me to make a guess, I would say that you can get a decent branch at an NIT.
There are many private/semi govt colleges as well where the study pattern is great. These colleges also participate in the counseling procedure of JEE.
With percentile like yours, you may achieve an under 500 rank, I am not sure. ( i would suggest you use a rank calculator online to get an accurate rank)
These are the following IITs that you may get if your rank is according to my prediction.
IIT Delhi
IIT Bombay
IIT Kharagpur
IIT Roorkee
IIT Madras
JEE is a weird game and tables may turn anytime.
Good luck!
