With 97.94 Percentile in JEE Main, you CRL will be anywhere between 22-24k, with an estimated OBC Rank around 5k. With this Rank, you probably wont secure CSE at any of the Top NITs. You may however have chances in your Home State NIT or GFTI. Apart from that, some of the best options you'd have are CSE at some of the lower NITs like Uttarakhand, Puducherry, Andhra Pradesh, Agartala and many others besides certain IIITs. Among Top NITs, youd probably have options like Electrical, Mechanical at NIT Nagpur, Surat, Jaipur, Raipur, Kurukshetra, Allahabad and Jamshedpur.
