Yes, you can participate in Round 2 of CSAB Counselling.

If you are not satisfied with your Seat in a Particular Institute then you can choose the option of:

Float: If the candidate is looking for a better institute allotment, "Float" is the option that has to be chosen. In such cases, the allotted seat will be accepted and will be cancelled only if the candidate gets a better allotment in the second round.

If you are not Satisfied with Branch or Course in a particular Institute then you can choose the option of:

Slide: If the candidate is looking for a better course allotment within the Same institute then "Slide" is the option that must be chosen. In such cases, the allotted seat will be accepted and will be cancelled only if the candidate gets a better allotment.
