Hello Aspirant,
See with General category and such rank it is quite difficult to get any good college like NITs/IIITs with Other state or All India quota. But you can go for some enlisted NITs if you deserves Home state quota for them otherwise you can definitely try for private colleges (as they also have their own entrance exams and they also take admission on the basis of your class 12th score) discussed below or you can appear for state counselling of state like MP, Rajasthan, Gujarat and likewise for other states.
So you can try for some NITs if you deserve Home state quota for them :-
** NIT Silchar
** NIT Nagaland
** NIT Arunachal Pradesh
Or you can go for counselling of some private colleges like :-
AMITY University
Graphic Era University
Chandigarh University
Even above have their own entrance exam as well so you can also go for it.
Or you can prepare for further attempts of JEE-Main and to help you in your preparation we have some resources which you can access from the link given below :-

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of analysis of latest cut-offs available and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
To have a list of all those colleges which you can get based upon your marks, category, and state you can use JEE-Main College Predictor:-
