I get about 30000 rank in upsee. In which college should I get computer science subject in BTECH

30000 rank is not very good to get a good college through upsee. As upsee have few good colleges so you need your rank around 2 to 3k. CSE is a very demanding branch now these days so its difficult to get a good college with this rank. try for best.
