i get air 2540 in nchm jee and get IHM Gandhi nagar in 1 round of counselling should i take part 2 round of counselling bcoz i want ihm goa

Yes, if you want IIHM Goa and you are not happy with this one, then you should take second counselling and wait till you get the one you want.
