For getting admission in bhms ,bams or anu other medical college you have to qualify the cut off.
You have not mentioned your category so assuming that you are from general categorySo according to the previous year trends the cut off for
The qualifying marks for previous year were as follows
For General - 720- 147
For OBC /ST/ SC - 146- 113

And according to the marks you have scored you are not qualified so you will not be able to get admission this year .
