You have not mentioned your category assuming that you belong to general category you will not get free seat. Candidates securing rank within 10,000 will get free seat. Also with such rank you may not get seat in Anil Neerukonda Institute of Technology and Science. The cut off for general category was as follows in 2018

• Mechanical:10293
• INF: 13803

Cut off changes every year depending on number of candidates qualified, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc.
