Clearing cutoff doesnot ensure seat through neet as the cutoff is higher for different medical colleges. Clearing cutoff states you cleared the exam and are eligible for seat.

you can  apply to get into any private medical college in india but however we recommend you to take admission in private medical colleges of karnataka or maharashtra as the fee is quite less there around 6-7 lakes per annum and also they provide with all the latest equipments and facilities required during mbbs course.

Also maharashtra and karnataka have maximum no. Of private colleges in the country so you have more and better options to chose from.
