I get rank in jeemains category -16150 and CRL-278230 also i got jee advance category rank-3058 but common rank is given -CUT OFF NOT CLEARE

Now, by God's grace you have given JEE mains and JEE advanced.
Regarding your selection, I would recommend you to prefer NIT's over IIT's as in IIT, you would be getting only preparatory courses.
