Dear Sanju, you havent mentioned whether you secured a seat in a Government Medical College or a Private Medical College. Neverthless, it is too late to forfeit your seat as you have already joined the College. If it is a GMC, you might have to pay a nominal fees and you will get your TC. But if you joined a Private Medical College, it might be difficult because you might be asked to shell out the course fees for the entire duration of the course because the College is losing out on a potential candidate for the entire duration of the course. You will have to talk to the College administration to confirm the fees and procedure.
