I get seat in second round and choose floating and next round I upgrade my seat I want to participate in spot round how can I participate

Hey Jit,



Your counsellling is over and you are interested in spot round. So i don't about which counselling you are talking about.



So for spot round the schedule will be publish and you have to do register again.
